ADMISSIONS
welcome to your child’s academic future
We believe that education is the communication of life from generation to generation. Students are taught how to live and not simply how to make a living. Training in character, values, and morals from a Biblical foundation equips your child for life.
ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE

- Contact details (email address, phone number, and address)
- Full name of child(ren)

Step 3: Complete Required Enrolment Forms
If you decide to proceed with admission AFTER your visit, you must request the Enrolment Forms, which will be sent to you via email. When submitting your completed Enrolment Forms, please make sure you include the following documents:
✔️ Two recent passport-sized photographs of your child
✔️ A copy of your child’s birth certificate
✔️ A copy of the parent’s identification documents
✔️ Medical certificates, including vaccination and epidemiological records
✔️ Sports Medical Certificate stating that your child is able to participate in sports activities. This can be requested from your family doctor.
✔️ Previous school records (if applicable)

⚠️ All completed forms and required documents must be sent within 10 working days. Failure to send the documents within the given time frame will result in the child’s admission being placed on hold and moved to the waiting list.
Step 4: Admission Decision
After submitting all the forms, if needed, a second interview will be scheduled with you, your child, the academic head, and the director. If this step is not needed, parents will receive an admission decision within ten working days via email or phone.
ADMISSIONS ACCEPTANCE DEPENDS ON
👉 If there is space available in the classroom.
👉 If the teacher-child ratio can be respected.
👉 If we, as a school, can offer the specific help the child needs, taking into account whether the child has special physical, emotional or educational needs.
👉 If we believe the child would be a good fit for a classroom, it’s important to consider various factors, including the gender composition of the class. For instance, if a class consists of only girls, it might not be the most welcoming environment for a boy, and vice versa. In such cases, assessing whether the child would feel comfortable and included in the class is important, as this can impact their overall learning experience.
👉 In cases where children come from non-active Christian homes, the 20/80 ratio rule will come into effect. This means that when the child’s approval for admission has to be made, the entirety of the classroom must consist of 80% children from Christian homes in order to maintain a strong Christian environment within the class.
👉 The character and attitude of an older child are important factors in determining whether the child would be a good fit for the school. If the child shows little interest in learning, struggles to follow authority, or does not adhere to our Christian values, then the school may not be the right choice for the child.
👉 The parent’s financial situation. The school may offer student financing or discounts, but this is not guaranteed.
Step 5: Payment of Enrolment Fees
After receiving your admission acceptance, you will receive an invoice via email outlining the following fees, which must be paid within 10 working days:
💰 A one-time enrolment fee
💰 Uniform fee
Step 6: Diagnostic Testing (If Applicable)
Once all documents and payments have been received, your child will be scheduled for diagnostic testing (except for children aged 3-4). This assessment will take one or two days.
Step 7: Final Placement
After the diagnostic testing, we will inform you about your child’s placement level.
Once your child has been placed in the appropriate level, you will receive an invoice detailing the following fees, which must be paid within 10 working days:
💰 The first installment for workbooks, based on your child’s grade level.
💰 The first payment for monthly fees, depending on your selected payment plan.
Step 8: Welcome to Adamant!
We look forward to welcoming your family to our school! If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. 😊
FEES
As a private school, we are not funded by the government and therefore rely on parents’ financial support to help cover the monthly costs. Please keep in mind the costs are established per year. Therefore, there may be price increases for the following year.

Testimonials
WHAT STUDENTS ARE SAYING
"I was in public school for 4 years, and then I moved to Adamant International. When I first started, I was a little scared. This was a new Centre, with new teachers, new rules, and a new curriculum. It was an entirely different environment. The curriculum is really nice because we get to work at our own pace. In public schools, we work 4 hours a day. At Adamant, we have 4 hours of work, along with afternoon activities. Overall, I am pleased to be part of this Educational Centre."
"In these eight years of attending A.C.E schooling, I have had absolutely no regrets of the decision to transfer myself from public school. This Educational Centre helped me develop my character which is as important to me as educational development and being able to learn at my own pace is my favourite part of the curriculum. I am certain that the lessons learnt here will benefit me greatly in the future."
"This is my second full year at Adamant International. I have been homeschooled before and for me, the biggest problem was managing to reach my goals. This Educational Centre helped me understand the value of time and taught me discipline. I love seeing the process of becoming productive and organised. Of course, the teachers are the ones that guided us through this challenge, and I’m grateful for it."
